A community driven space offering wellness, mental health, sustainability, and education to our South Los Angeles community. We provide yoga and meditation classes, yoga teacher training, mental health training, workshops, family programs, peoples education, outreach and community space. The majority of our programs are offered by donation. We believe when you make services available that support the whole person; mind, body, and soul, our whole community benefits and real change happens.
